One of the questions I am asked most often when people find out I am a hypnotherapist is “Do you think hypnosis can help with X, Y, or Z”? The answer 99% of the time is YES. Hypnosis is a wonderful tool and can be used to help people make the changes that they want to make in their lives. But what can hypnosis help with? How do you know if YOUR current challenge is something that hypnosis can help you work through?
